The Urban Bazaar is a community for artists and musicians in Uptown. The design is based around a galleria communal space that connects the individual dwellings together, by forming studios and galleries for the artist’s work and dissolving privacy boundaries. A connection to the green space is maintained through the use of hanging gardens and amphitheater which draws the public into the base of the building. The series of homes and workplaces are terraced, allowing visitors to flow freely from studio to studio.
